The Two Systems & How General 64 Fits In
There are two sides to global finance, and understanding them helps everyone stay calm and confident.

1. The Public FX System
This is the foreign-exchange market used by banks, businesses, and global markets.
A currency’s public rate only changes when a central bank publishes a new official rate.
Nothing private causes FX to move — only national monetary policy does.

2. The Sovereign / Institutional System (not public, not G64)
This separate system is used by governments, central banks, and major institutions.
It operates with different rules, timing, and visibility.
This is not where General 64 operates.

3. How General 64 Actually Works
Many of you are on the General 64 email list.
They are not a sovereign group and not a currency-swap platform.
They operate entirely on the public FX side, just like the rest of us.
General 64 has said for years they negotiated a rate and possible perks,
but no details are real or usable until a public revaluation happens.
They cannot act until a central bank publishes a new rate.
4. When a Public Revaluation Happens
If a country revalues publicly, the new rate appears instantly on:

Only at that moment could General 64 send out their email instructions.
Nobody on the public side is behind.
We all see the same public FX rate at the same time.

Understanding how the two systems work removes fear and confusion.
You are not missing anything.
You are not excluded from anything.
We are all on the public FX side, and when a real rate change occurs, the entire world sees it instantly.
Stay encouraged. Follow facts, not fear.
Stay Savvy and Research
Keep it simple when it comes to currency exchanges — and stay focused on facts, not online speculation.
There is a lot of unverified information circulating. We are not saying it is untrue; we are saying we cannot verify it. Anything beyond normal everyday exchanges (like buying or selling currency for travel) has no confirmed public documentation at this time.
Currency exchange is not a secret process. It is standard business worldwide.
Look up banks in your area that handle foreign currency and ask them directly about their exchange procedures. This grounds you in real-world facts and helps remove guesswork.
Prepare what you can:
• Organize your currency
• Keep receipts when possible
• Bring a gifting letter for any gifted currency
• Have valid ID with you, just like opening a bank account
