Salty discovered Rhonda when Rhonda inadvertently broke a bunch of SOWT rules when she loaded a bunch of T-shirt design files on the currency page. Fortunately, Salty and Rhonda sorted things out while watching squirrels, birds, and chipmunks on Cat TV. Salty even gave Rhonda her own merchandise room. (FYI—all the images are still available there for download free of charge!) Salty and Rhonda continued to chat from time to time. During one conversation, Rhonda, a 40-year veteran of graphic design and illustration, observed that the website needed updating and offered to help. Salty agreed and showed Rhonda a few websites designs that she liked. Rhonda got started right away, even creating all the new avatars. In another conversation, Salty learned that Rhonda is also a writer (“Rodney and Rainbow’s Adventures in Friendship” children’s books). G ods Financial Plan G ods Financial Plan G ods Financial Plan G ods Financial Plan Acts 20:33-35 The Lord wants us to make wise decisions that are based on sound biblical principles. But choices that follow His will aren’t always compatible with the world’s way of doing business. For instance, some people may be surprised that the foundational concept of God’s financial plan is to give rather than to save or invest. Give sacrificially. Typically, when people decide how much to donate toward charity or church, they consider their income versus their expenses and choose an amount that feels comfortable and doable. In contrast, a sacrificial offering can mean that believers follow the Holy Spirit’s leading to pledge resources beyond their means. Initially, some Christians may feel worried about exercising their faith in this way. But thankfully, God has promised that He “will supply all [our] needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus” (Phil. 4:19), and He is totally and completely trustworthy. Give compassionately. Psalm 24:1 says, “The earth is the Lord’s, and all it contains, the world, and those who dwell in it.” Believers with a generous spirit hold their material possessions loosely and desire to use their share of the Lord’s wealth to spread His blessing to others. A missionary, charity, or pastor does not have to beg them to part with their money. God’s financial plan differs from any we will see in the world, but His principles have proven to be effective. The Bible and church history show that for thousands of years, Christ’s followers have chosen to give from a compassionate heart and a sacrificial spirit. And He rewards them with increased faith and enough material goods to meet all of their needs.

The 2 Systems (https://t.me/c/1409924610/327130 ) 1. The Public FX System This is the foreign-exchange market used by banks, businesses, and global markets. A currency’s public rate only changes when a central bank publishes a new official rate. Nothing private causes FX to move — only national monetary policy does. Proof: IMF – Exchange Rate Policy https://www.imf.org/en/Publications Bloomberg FX https://www.bloomberg.com/markets/currencies Reuters FX https://www.reuters.com/markets/currencies/ 2. The Sovereign / Institutional System (not public, not G64) This separate system is used by governments, central banks, and major institutions. It operates with different rules, timing, and visibility. This is not where General 64 operates. What is a Sovereign Group ? They cannot act until a central bank publishes a new rate. 4. When a Public Revaluation Happens If a country revalues publicly, the new rate appears instantly on: • Bloomberg FX https://www.bloomberg.com/markets/currencies • Reuters FX https://www.reuters.com/markets/currencies/ • Bank FX Screens (these update automatically from Bloomberg/Reuters/SWIFT; banks do not provide public URLs) Only at that moment could General 64 send out their email instructions. Nobody on the public side is behind. We all see the same public FX rate at the same time. 5. Final Thought Understanding how the two systems work removes fear and confusion. You are not missing anything. You are not excluded from anything . We are all on the public FX side, and when a real rate change occurs, the entire world sees it instantly. Stay encouraged. Follow facts, not fear. Stay Savvy and Research Keep it simple when it comes to currency exchanges — and stay focused on facts, not online speculation. There is a lot of unverified information circulating. We are not saying it is untrue; we are saying we cannot verify it. Anything beyond normal everyday exchanges (like buying or selling currency for travel) has no confirmed public documentation at this time. Currency exchange is not a secret process. It is standard business worldwide. Look up banks in your area that handle foreign currency and ask them directly about their exchange procedures. This grounds you in real-world facts and helps remove guesswork. Prepare what you can: • Organize your currency • Keep receipts when possible • Bring a gifting letter for any gifted currency • Have valid ID with you, just like opening a bank account If verified facts emerge about 800 numbers or appointment systems, we will share them immediately.
